for walk power mowers (air filter, spark plug and oil included)
* Replace the oil
* Replace air filter & spark plug
* Sharpen blades ++
* Adjust cables & engine speed
* Lubricate the wheels
* Lubricate grease fittings
* Make sure overall the mower is running properly

These basic services are recommended yearly by all lawn mower manufacturers.
++ (reel mower back lapping sharpening is $99)
